- Who Is the Holy Spirit? — There is an unseen Deity present, a knowing, feeling Personality, and He is indivisible from the Father and the Son, so that if you were to be suddenly transferred to heaven itself you wouldn’t be any closer to God than you are now, for God is already here.
- The Promise of the Father — Jesus Christ wanted to take religion out of the external and make it internal and put it on the same level as life itself, so that a man knows he knows God the same as he knows he is himself and not somebody else, the same as he knows he is alive and not dead.
- How to Be Filled with the Holy Spirit — Beyond conversion there is a filling, wherein the Holy Spirit comes and possesses the full body and mind and life and heart, taking the whole personality over, gently, but directly and bluntly, and making it His, so that we may become a habitation of God through the Spirit.
- How to Cultivate the Spirit’s Companionship — Cultivate the art of recognizing the presence of the Spirit everywhere. Get acquainted with the Holy Spirit and then begin to cultivate His presence. If you will do this, there won’t be a secular stone in the pavement.
